La consulta demográfica (IHE PDQm ITI-78) es la búsqueda de Patient; el emparejamiento (ITI-119) es la operación $match del núcleo de R5; las referencias cruzadas (PIXm ITI-83) son la búsqueda por identifier, que devuelve todos los identificadores y Patient.link; la alimentación (PIXm ITI-104, PMIR ITI-93) es create y update, con las uniones en Patient.link.
