Repositorio de auditoría (Audit Record Repository de IHE ATNA). Es de solo agregar: los eventos se crean y no se modifican ni se borran, y se conservan 8 años. Lo consultan la autoridad del HIE y los responsables de seguridad de cada organización; el paciente consulta los accesos a sus datos con AuditEvent?patient=, en una vista reducida.
